Hi, my name is Vicus and I am from South Africa. I completed my degree in Psychology and I also did a TESOL certificate. While I was completing my degree, I did psychology practicum at a private school where the children were taught in English. I was a teacher's assistant during this time and also had to do workshops with the children and help them with school work in class. After I finished my degree I did an internship at an English preschool in Cape Town where I assisted the homeroom teacher by reading stories to the children, singing songs with them, and teaching them basic skills. Currently, I am working as an online teacher for Cambly where I speak to students of various ages and cultural backgrounds.
