I have 43 years experience in nursing . I have been a nursing manager for 6 years + 13 months acting NSM during which time I commissioned the new Christiaan Barnard Hospital I also facilitated the move . I am efficient , responsible & reliable and a very good problem solver . I am a quality manager focusing on patient feedback , incidents and complaints . I have been a manager since 1989 . I am ICU trained . I enjoy teaching practical nursing skills. I previously commissioned and opened a hospital in Dubai I also was instrumental in obtaining JCIA accreditation and core standard and ISO accreditation .
