Currently Managing Contracts, Procurement and Quantity Surveying. Compile , issue , and evaluate Tender Documents. Compile award proposals to the board for approvals, once approved compile contract documents. Chair progress meetings to monitor progress , safety ,delivery, risk and additional work. Verify progress claims and route claims for signature before processing and submitting for payments. Management of Core site contractors and conduct a quarterly contractor appraisal.
