Phaladi is a self-motivated, hardworking individual with a passion for Sales and Marketing. He has over 7 Years’ experience in the Sales and Marketing sectors. He started his career with British American Tobacco South Africa as a Trade and Marketing Field Sales Representative (Prompt). Three years later he joined Ya-Loma Security Services where he assisted with Business Development. A year later he was headhunted by Castrol, a worldwide leader in High Performance Lubricants for the automotive, industrial, marine and aerospace industries. Phaladi is currently a Sales Manager for N ‘Fuzed (An Authorized Castrol Distributor). He is currently working on completing his BCom Degree in Business Management at the University of Pretoria.
