To whom it may concern. I'm Nonhlanhla Marcia Malite,I have 5 years experience in the retail industry,wich includes experience on store associate programme,life skills empowerment, financial literacy. I also gain experience at FedEx/Orion logistics as an operations/administration clerk.I deal with inbound and outbound procedures,I also work as an receptionist. I solve queries on the phone and emails, directing calls to required clients,book collections. I did computer studies wich includes Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint.I currently practice all my retail skills along with my computer skills at FedEx in my position.
