I’ve been working as customer support officer for ten years. At my current job in the customer service department, I build trust at customer interface, provide customer service by handling customers complaints and inquiries, meet with customers to ensure that customer service channels, objectives and processes are maintained I also help prepare correspondence, presentations and reports.With this experience under my belt, I’m looking for an opportunity to take the next step in my career. I’m hoping to do so in an organization that works to improve the environment, which is something I’m passionate about
