I have a National Diploma in Cost and Management accounting from the Tshwane University of Technology. I am currently completing my Advanced Diploma in Accounting Sciences in Management Accounting with the University of South Africa. I plan to finish my ongoing course in 2019 and register in 2020 for my post graduate studies in either management accounting or financial management. I chose this career path with the view of not only getting into business as well as assist family members with financial education. My immediate career plans are to gain as much experience, expertise and growth within the broader aspects of accounting and management accounting. Future plans are to get either CIMA accreditation or a PhD in finance. Currently I work as a costing Trainee at Government Printing Works, before this job I was a financial management intern in the Department of Defence as stated in my resume.
