I worked as a Lecturer in Public Administration for over 19 years at the Universities of Venda and Limpopo (Turfloop) before I rejoined the public service as a Deputy Director for Training and Development in Limpopo Department of Health. I spent over 12 years before my retirement (60 years) in February 2023. I designed various training programs for Doctors, Nurses, Allied and Support Staff for the Department of Health. I have facilitated many training programs for various municipalities and government departments. I have also completed all the required eight PhD courses from the University of Pretoria and currently left with the Dissertation. I have also completed several Senior Executive programs at Harvard and Wits Universities.
