I have extensive experience in the design and construction of mechanical building systems such as HVAC, Sprinklers,Lifts and Escalators, Water Circuits, Control Systems, Heat Pump Systems, Boilers, and Specialised Air Conditioning Systems. Type of buildings : commercial, industrial, educational , medical, security, financial, specialised manufacturing. I have project managed the upgrade of the mech systems of two particle production facilities with a total current contract value of R500m. I am registered as a PMP(project management professional) with the PMI in the USA and a registered Pr.Eng ( professional engineer) with ECSA.
