I have been doing contract work for various contractors- Project managing/supervision of contracts comprising Water ,Sewer and Stormwater reticulation, Urban road construction, Sportfield Construction (Synthetic and Grass), Bulk Earthworks, Demoliton works, Bridge and Culvert construction, Gabions and renomatress installations and Sub contract Infrastructure installation for huge JBCC projects.Managing all construction phases including managing sub contractors. My services/responsibilities extend further with commercial responsibilities ranging from attending Tender meetings, Tender BoQ pricing, Insuring Tender completion and timious submissions. negotiating and liaising with Clients, Stakeholders and Service Providers. I was recruited by a International company in 2005 (Edmund Nuttall UK).I have worked abroad for 5 years, gaining valuable international construction exposure. Self development: Safety Practitioner - responsible for Site Safety, Compiling OHS and Quality documents, insuring safety standards and specification is upheld on site.
