Daily Duties: I am writing to apply for the above positions of Health, Safety & Environment Manager and training, I have more than 25 years of experience as a Health & Safety Manager/Health & Safety Officer and on the job training in various discipline and my professional expertise aligns closely with the responsibilities. Premier Responsivities • Encourage a positive culture and approach to prevention, health, environmental care and quality of workmanship / services • Encourages the adoption of measures to raise the standard of SHERQ matters at places of work • Advises management at all levels on the preparation, implementation and, where necessary, amendment of the SHERQ Policy, the Best Practices, Office and Site SHERQ Action Plans • Maintains SHEQ performance information for all Business Units and circulates monthly reports to Directors Issues regular bulletins, guidance notes, etc. on new legislation, incidents, initiatives, organizational changes, etc. • Has a thorough knowledge of all current Legislation and Codes of Practice etc. • Manages the SHERQ Team in an efficient and cost-effective manner • Ensures required training is given to the SHERQ team and the required training is available for site-based and office-based staff.
