I previously worked at Almar Container Group located in Umhlanga KwaZulu-Natal, where I was an operations and tracking assistant and I mostly dealt with daily tracking, invoice coding, tracking containers in and out depots, capturing customer details into system, dealing with customer queries telephonically and via email. I also worked at CCI Umhlanga where i was an MTN customer service, and I dealt alot with inbound customer queries.
