My name is Londiwe. I am 22 years old and I’m originally from Mbombela, Mpumalanga. I currently reside in Randburg, Johannesburg. I am a graduate from International Hotel School with culinary arts diplomas. I worked briefly at The Garden Court Hatfield in 2018 and moved to The Fairmont hotel in Austin Texas, USA, after graduating in 2019. I am a hard worker, driven and willing to learn new skills. I work well under pressure and I am all about team building and having a good relationship with my colleagues. I am passionate about about food and would love to further my career as a young chef.
