I'm an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with extensive experience in Public Liability (Casualty) Insurance as well as Credit Insurance. I specialise in policy interpretation and advise on policy response as well as instances where a claim has been repudiated by an insurer, in contravention of the policy wording and/or the Consumer Protection Act. I will assist in drafting letters to the insurer in response to a repudiation of a claim or disagreements regarding specific policy response/exclusions in the policy.
