I have been in the insurance industry for over 12 years, from client services on the inbound and outbound side, to non-motor (building) claims. Fully FAIS and RE5 complaint and currently doing the Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance (NQF5) and looking to further my growth and experience in the insurance industry, with the possibility to moving over to commercial insurance in time to come. I am self-driven and motivated, able to work under pressure and very thorough in my work and processes.
