Thereafter, I completed my B.Com Investment Management degree at the University of Pretoria in 2015. During my Honours degree at the University of Johannesburg I was part of the CFA Research Challenge covering Aspen Pharmacare. I started my professional career at Investec Wealth & Investment in 2017 as a finance intern, working on portfolio/share reconciliation and portfolio risk management. Thereafter I received the opportunity to work as an investment analyst at K2 Capital where I worked closely with the portfolio managers and wealth managers. My role included researching local and international listed companies, ETF’s, mutual funds and hedge funds. In addition to this I worked with the Forex desk executing forex trades for clients taking money offshore. I believe I have demonstrated attributes of resilience from an early age and would be an ideal candidate to be part of a dynamic team within the financial service industry.
