I am a self motivated, ambitious individual, with several years of experience in the call centre environment. I have a proven track record of consistently meeting targets, always maintaining a friendly and approachable manner when dealing with clients and colleagues.  My leadership role allowed me to become a diligent initiator, ultimately leading and motivating my subordinates to being top sales, quality and revenue agents. I am able to co-ordinate all the aspects of leading a sales team and take accountability for its operations and results as well as the mentoring and coaching of staff.  I pride myself in overall professional development, fair work ethics and furthermore inspiring others to excel in their individual capacities through leading by example.  My experience within the insurance industry started as that of a sales agent, working my way up the corporate ladder to where I am today.
