Operating computer terminals for entering input data to the on-line computerized receiving/issuing store system. Receive and process supplier delivery notes for all direct/indirect local material receipts.Process on receipt discrepancy advises receiving report cancellations and hotlist receiving reports. Liaise with accounts payable/purchasing department in resolving supplier queries. Maintain a well-controlled filing system. Maintain good housekeeping standards within the workplace. Operating forklift truck and ensuring that the fork truck policy adhered to. Assist in various material administrative functions as and when requested by supervision.
