My name is Ashok Jacobs. I come from an electrical background & moved into IT. I started off in the Novell environment, then moved over to Microsoft operating systems. Worked on Active Directory and have been on many courses. I consider myself an all rounder from PC's to UPS's, cabling, generators, to board level repairs.
