Experience in my case is not everything, there's always room to learn. Drive and determination are everything. They are what makes a person punctual.  They are what makes a person complete tasks without complaint. They are what brings forth problem solving skills. They produce a good employee among other things. I have both drive and determination. Because of that I have a well of essential abilities.
